After our deep inspection, the unstable broadband service happened is not due to our broadband network. I enquired to your building management company before, and the staff said that the antenna operating our broadband service was disordered. Therefore, lag and disconnection occured. Hence we feel we cannot make the adjustment you request because we are not authorized to repair the building management company's asset. We regret we cannot accpet to send our staff to fix the antenna.
